1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing envitequila.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your country, state, or province of residence to purchase products from House of Envi. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where age compliance cannot be confirmed.

3. Products

All products sold on envitequila.com are tequila and spirits produced under the House of Envi brand by Heritage Agave Spirits Inc. Product descriptions, images, and details are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Orders are confirmed via email. A confirmation email does not constitute a guarantee of stock availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or age compliance concerns. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to select states and countries where the sale and shipment of alcohol is legally permitted.
• It is your responsibility to ensure alcohol delivery is legal in your jurisdiction.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• A signature from a person of legal drinking age may be required upon delivery.
• House of Envi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcohol products and applicable laws:

• We do not accept returns of opened or delivered alcohol products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at envisocial@heritageagavespiritsinc.com with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Responsible Consumption

House of Envi promotes responsible drinking. We encourage all customers to enjoy our products in moderation. Do not drink and drive. We are not liable for any harm arising from the consumption of our products.

All content on envitequila.com — including the House of Envi name, logo, “Black Fire Tequila,” “Cristalino™,” images, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Heritage Agave Spirits Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
