At House of ENVI, we developed a single standard across every expression, from Blanco to Extra Anèjo – aged with intend and refined to clarity. Our cellulose filtration removes the color without stripping the character. The result is Cristalino in its purest form : structured, precise and unmistakably smooth. Using both highland and lowland agave, we create a profile that is balanced, structured and complete.
Decades spent refining the craft, carried forward with a clear point of view. Not to change what tequila is, but to see how far it can go. Every expression follows the same principle, character defines the bottle just like it defines us.
Made from volcanic water and 100% blue weber agave, it moves through the process as it is, shaping the texture and flavor in a way that cannot be recreated. What remains is delicate, balanced and clearly defined by how it is made.
